Tropaion was established and owned by Nikolaos Markoulakis. Nikolaos Markoulakis hold degrees on political sciences & social research and International Relations. He is currently a PhD candidate in International Relations at Nottingham Trent University. He also holds a certificate on paleography. He was voluntarily working for the Academia of Athens transliterating an 18th century manuscript of Neo-Hellenic Enlightenment era. James Head (aka James O'Dell) also contributes with relevant information. He was a teacher in United Kingdom teaching sciences and mathematics.
